PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device, a printer and a drying program which can suppress the heat deformation of a print medium in comparison with a case of emitting laser with the target temperature fixed regardless of the heat deformation temperature of the print medium.SOLUTION: A drying device comprises emitting means which emits laser to a print medium to which liquid droplets are discharged by a liquid droplet discharging part for discharging the liquid droplets, controls the emitting means so that the temperature of the liquid droplets becomes the target temperature determined with the heat deformation temperature as a reference when the heat deformation temperature of the print medium is equal to or less than the drying temperature of the liquid droplets (S125), and controls the emitting means so that the temperature of the liquid droplets becomes the target temperature determined with the drying temperature of the liquid droplets as a reference when the heat deformation temperature of the print medium is higher than the drying temperature of the liquid droplets (S123).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
