PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot-like container or the like which suppresses rise of boiled bubbles, generated on a pot-like container bottom surface part in boiling, by following a pot-like container side surface part and promotes a convective flow of an article to be heated by the boiled bubbles by making the boiled bubbles pass through the article to be heated on a container central side with respect to the pot-like container side surface part.SOLUTION: A pot-like container 5 heated by a heating means 3 includes a groove 5d extending in a circumferential direction in an outer peripheral part of an inner surface of a pot-like container bottom surface part 5c. In an inner peripheral side wall surface part 5da of the groove 5d, an upper part connected to the pot-like container bottom surface part 5c is formed to be perpendicular to a horizontal plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
