FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes compounds of formula I: HN-(CH)-A-(CH)-O-NH(I) and salts thereof, wherein A represents C-Ccycloalkylene; n is O or 1, and independently of n, m is 0 or 1; provided that (a) distance between aminooxy radical HN-O- and amino group -NHis equal to at least 3, but not more 4 carbon atoms and that (b) two radicals HN-(CH)and (CH)-O-NHare not attached to the same carbon atom of radical A. Compounds of formula I and salts thereof are ornitine decarboxylase inhibitors. EFFECT: improved properties of the title compounds. |
