Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling exposure of contents on a call waiting screen, comprising a transmitting terminal, a relay server and a receiving terminal. When the transmitting terminal transmits an originating call to the receiving terminal through a base station, the transmitting terminal is connected to the relay server through a socket simultaneously when or directly after the originating call is transmitted. The relay server connected to the transmitting terminal through the socket transmits a push message to the receiving terminal. The receiving terminal having received the push message from the relay server is connected to the relay server through a socket. The receiving terminal connected to the relay server through the socket requests the relay server for a universal resource locator (URL) of contents to be exposed on the transmitting terminal. The relay server transmits the URL of contents requested by the receiving terminal to the receiving terminal. The receiving terminal transmits the URL of contents transmitted from the server to the transmitting terminal. The transmitting terminal receives and displays contents stored in a place designated by the URL of contents transmitted from the receiving terminal. When the receiving terminal receives an originating call from the transmitting terminal, the receiving terminal transmits a message notifying reception (hereinafter, referred to as ANM message) to the transmitting terminal. The transmitting terminal stops displaying of current contents when receiving the ANM message from the receiving terminal. |
