Provided is an allergen output method which is capable of completely outputting allergens which are included in a subject product and which should be presented to consumers, etc. This allergen output method comprises a read-out step (S2), an extraction step (S3), a candidate presentation step (S4), determination acceptance steps (S5, S6, S7), and an output step (S12). In the read-out step, ingredient information for the product which is stored in a database is read out. In the extraction step, allergen candidates included in the product are extracted on the basis of the ingredient information. In the candidate presentation step, the extracted allergen candidates are presented to a user. In the determination acceptance steps, a determination by the user of the allergens to be outputted is accepted. In the output step, the allergens which are determined to be outputted are outputted. |
