The present invention relates to an encapsulation layer. The encapsulation layer includes a 2D material layer; a hydrophobic material layer formed on the 2D material layer; and an intermediate material layer formed on the hydrophobic material layer. The 2D material layer, the hydrophobic material layer, and the intermediate material layer are repeatedly stacked to form a multilayer structure. So, the oxygen and moisture blocking performance of the encapsulation layer can be improved.
