The present invention relates to a multipurpose detector for food ingredients, comprising: a detection part (100) for detecting the state of food ingredients (10) to be inspected; a memory part (200) having quality levels, freshness levels and origins set and stored therein to be able to check the quality, freshness and origin data of the food ingredients (10); a display part (300) for displaying the quality levels, fresh levels and origins of the food ingredients (10); and a control part (400) for transmitting the state of food from the detection part (100) to the memory part (200), transmitting necessary data from the memory part (200) to the display part (300) and controlling the same. Therefore, the multipurpose detector for food ingredients (10) according to the present invention notifies a user of the quality and freshness of fish, thereby enabling the user to check good-quality food ingredients (10) easily and determining the origins thereof. |
