The present invention relates to phosphoryl group bonded triazine derivatives represented by chemical formulas 1 and 2. In the chemical formulas 1 and 2, the definitions of the substituent groups are the same as defined in the specification. The triazine derivative has excellent current density and durability in comparison to a conventional material. The organic electroluminescent device has a lowered driving voltage, improved luminous efficiency, and extended lifespan.
