摘要 The present invention relates to a self-adhesive protection film for a fabrication process of a polarizing plate. According to the present invention, the self-adhesive protection film comprises: an inner layer including linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and metallocene polyethylene, attached to a TAC film; an intermediate layer including low-density polyethylene (LDPE), on top of the inner layer; an outer layer including polypropylene, on top of the intermediate layer; and an anti-static coating layer located on top of the outer layer. The anti-static coating layer is formed by a coating composition including a binder and conductive polymer. The thickness ratio among the inner layer, the intermediate layer, and the outer layer is in a range of 2:3:2 to 3:4:3. The inner layer comprises LLDPE and metallocene polyethylene in a weight ratio of 6:4 to 4:6. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to improve the adhesiveness of the protection film to protect the TAC film in the fabrication process of the polarizing plate, and prevent contamination caused by dusts and foreign materials during a manufacturing process, the transportation and the like. The present invention is able to provide a physical property equivalent or greater than a conventional protection film for the fabrication process of the polarizing plate with a lower manufacturing cost, a surface scratch prevention, and a superior workability by easy attachment and detachment.
