The present invention relates to a temperature-controlling polymeric master batch, a production method thereof, and a composite fiber using the same. More specifically, provided is a temperature-controlling polymeric master batch which comprises: 15-45 wt% of a first substrate polymer, 15-45 wt% of a second substrate polymer, and 20-50 wt% of a phase-change material. Also, provided are a production method thereof and a composite fiber using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce a master batch without migration.
