The present invention relates to a wireless emergency call system for an apartment house and, more specifically, to a wireless emergency call system for an apartment house, which establishes an emergency bell call system by using a wireless communication resource prepared in the apartment house, and generally takes charge of emergency situation management of the inside/outside of the apartment house. The wireless emergency call system for an apartment house includes: a wireless communication auxiliary facility (110); multiple indoor emergency bell terminals (120) transmitting a call signal by using an indoor emergency button (121) and the wireless communication auxiliary facility (110); a main server (M-S) receiving the call signal and performing total management when an emergency situation occurs; an indoor emergency LED lamp (130) turned on under the control of the main server (M-S); and an indoor speaker (140) outputting a warning broadcast under the control of the main server (M-S).
