The present invention relates to a particulate, powder, or liquid fertilizer composition having quantum added therein. The fertilizer composition comprises a foliage fertilizer and a soil modifier. The foliage fertilizer contains 0-96 wt% of NPK with respect to 100-4 wt%% of a growth adjuster such as humic acid, amino acid, gibberellic acid, -naphthoxyacetic acid, -naphthoxyacetic acid, triacontanol, and cytokinin, and contains 5-15 wt% of low quantity nutrients with respect to the total amount of the NPK and the growth adjuster. The soil modifier contains 100-60% of humic acid and 0-40% of low quantity nutrients, and contains 2-7 wt% of an aromatic sulfonic acid condensed product as a surfactant with respect to a mixture of the humic acid and low quantity elements. According to the present invention, quantum having a gauss of 0 G is transcribed. |
