The present invention relates to a relay node selecting method in a delay tolerant network comprising: a step of enabling a source node, which transmits a data packet to a purpose node, to receive attribute information for a plurality of neighbor nodes from the neighbor nodes positioned between the source node and the purpose node; a step of enabling the source node to calculate distance information between the purpose node and a neighbor node by using the attribute information for the neighbor nodes, and predicting a movement position of the neighbor node by using the distance information between the calculated purpose node and the neighbor node, and speed information of the neighbor nodes; a step of enabling the source node or the neighbor node to calculate a distance between a predicted movement position of the neighbor node and the purpose node by using the movement position of the predicted neighbor node; and a step of enabling the neighbor node to select a relay node selecting probability for the neighbor nodes by using the distance between the predicted movement position of the neighbor node and the purpose node, and selecting a part of neighbor node as the relay node by selecting at least one relay node among the neighbor nodes according to the selected relay node selecting probability. The present invention is provided to transmit the data packet through the relay node which is selected by the relay node selecting probability while transmitting the data packet from the source node to the purpose node or transmitting the data packet between the neighbor nodes which are positioned between the source node and the purpose node, thereby solving an existing solution of consuming resources when a message is copied to all neighbor nodes; and minimizing the resources required for transmitting the data packet. |
