Fibre, borne on an air flow and impregnated with a polymerisable resin are spread by movable vanes over a performated sheet. This carpet of fibres is pressed between heated plates to polymerise the panel. Even distribution of fibres is achieved by vibrations acting on the chamber walls and vanes. The base of the chamber, below the carpet, has independent evacuation sections with independent variable extraction systems. These provisions permit control of the distribution of fibres assuring a high quality product. |
