FIELD: propeller for objects moving in various media (water, air, etc). SUBSTANCE: band-type propeller consists of framework 1 made from separate section 8 and endless band 6 embracing the framework which is located at spaced relation to it. Framework is provided with wells 15 which are brought in communication with clearance. Wells 15 are used for lubricant which is fed through slots between fins 15 and is smoothly distributed in clearance 10. Layer of ice is frozen on framework in clearance by feeding cooled air to framework or by means of cooling thermoelectric device. In course of motion of object, thrust is created due to adherence of liquid with surface of endless band; under action of this thrust, endless band slips relative to layer of ice frozen on framework 1 over guides; as a result, braking of liquid at boundary of streamlined body is excluded. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, enhanced reliability and efficiency of propeller. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
