SUBSTANCE: device for gripping and lifting container 15, placed on ground, by means of vehicle has horizontal U-shaped frame 10, 12 for gripping the container at side and longitudinal walls and carrier 14 secured on base of U-shaped frame. Free end of carrier is connected with maneuvering vehicle. Lifting devices 20 are mounted on both members of U-shaped frame 11, 12 for lifting containers 15.
