The driving section comprises: a body (1); the first pulley (8) and the second pulley (9) for transmitting the power; the third pulley (11) for controlling the tension; a control unit (12) with a control hole (12b) connected with a belt (10); a rotary link (13) rotated by the power of a DC motor (7); a fixing tool (14); a connecting unit (15) for converting rotation movement into up-down movement; an operation rod (16); a rail (21); and an operation stick (18) with a buffer unit (20). The washing section comprises a washing towel (23) and a washing plate (22).
