FIELD: medicine, particular, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: operation is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, smooth wall canal is formed with the aid of silicon rod, circular ligament is formed and tendon limbs of surface flexor of fingers ll-V. All these make it possible to avoid formation of adhesions between fascial transplant and surrounding tissues and to ensure sufficient amplitude and force for bending hand fingers and to prepare the patient for the second stage. At the second stage, silicon rod is separated and withdrawn. Passed through formed canal is transplant from broad fascia. Transplant is fixed to tendon of biceps muscle, and tendon of deep flexor of fingers. In this way, the method makes it possible to avoid a number of complications and obtain maximum curative effect. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. |
