PURPOSE:To obtain a switch for the low-power circuit use for the contactless switch by inserting the output voltage adjustment element. CONSTITUTION:The serial circuit of output power adjusting resistance R20 and diode D21 is inserted between the base of NPN transistor Q21 and the collector of NPN transistor Q22. Input terminal I21 is connected to the base of transistor Q21, and output terminal O22 is connected to the collector of Q22 or Q21 via resistance R22 as well as to power source VCC. Power source VEE is connected to the base and emitter of Q21 via the emitter of Q22 or resistance R21.
