Title compds.(I; R1,R2,R3 = H, C1-7 alkyl; R4 = C1-7 al-kyl; R5 = H, alkyl, C1-7 alkanoyl; R6 = C2-4 alkyl, C5-7 cycloalkyl; X = carbonyl, hydroxymethylene; V = methylene, alkanoylxymethylene; Y = ethylene, vinylene; Y' = vinylene; Z = ethylene, vinylene) were prepd. by treating II with III(R5 = H, C1-7 alkyl, alkanoyl tetrahydrofuranyl; M = metal). These compds. inhibited gastric juice secretion, platelet aggregation and fertilization, and exhibited bronchodilative action.
