PURPOSE:To prepare a fresh cheese dessert wherein eachone can mix any required amounts of sauce and a dessert main ingredient, by preparing separately the dessert main ingredient and the sauce for taste. CONSTITUTION:A dessert main ingredient is mixed with >=50wt% fresh cheese (soft and unaged natural cheese), L.M. pectin, milk and/or dairy products in such amounts as to give a Ca content of >=30mg%, and the viscosity of the main ingredient is made 5,000-12,000cps and its pH3.5-5.5. The constitutional component of the separately added sauce is selected from a saccharide, various processed fruits, caramel, chocolate, etc. and its viscosity is made 1,000-3,000cps. |
