PURPOSE:To obtain a juicy and tasty chicken-like food packed into a container, by using meat of domestic fowl, concentrated glair, onion juice, etc. as raw materials. CONSTITUTION:50-70pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. total amounts of raw materials of solid meat of domestic fowl, 10-30pts.wt. concentrated glair, 10-35pts.wt. pasty domestic fowl skin and/or pasty domestic fowl meat, and 10-20pts.wt. thinly cut onion are packed into a heat-resistant container, heated to >=100 deg.C, the concentrated glair, the pasty domestic fowl skin and/or pasty domestic fowl meat is thermally coagulated and onion juice is eluted from the thinly cut onion.
