PURPOSE:To automate the partial welding of large-sized welding body by simple equipment by moving along the welding line the equipment by connecting the clutch of each shaft after operating the clutch handle of each shaft with fixing the welding equipment to the welding body and locating the welding the torch and wall face detecting sensor to the weld starting point. CONSTITUTION:The welding equipment equips a main body base 1, fixed arm 2, body part horizontal revolving shaft 3, the upper and lower shaft 4 radial shaft 5, wrist part horizontal revolving shaft 6, wrist part vertical bending shaft 7, welding torch 8 and wall face detecting sensor 9. The welding is then started by fixing the main body base 1 to the opening side of the welding body, by locating to the weld starting point (a) the welding torch 8 and sensor 9 with the operation of the handle of each shaft as well as by making the driving clutch of each shaft free and by connecting the driving clutch in case of the work. And when the sensor 9 detects the opposing wall face C with the progress of welding, the welding torch 8 is revolved by the wrist part revolving shaft 6 and the welding is continued in the direction of the following wall face D. |
