PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts, and to miniaturize the title mechanism by disposing a loader section and an unloader section on the same straight line at an interval and mounting an arm device, which is operated along the arrangement line of the loader section ant the unloader section and simultaneously shifts pellet jigs on the loader section and a setting table. CONSTITUTION:A pellet-jig automatic supply mechanism has a loader section 11, a setting table 12, an unloader section 13 and an arm device 14, and pellet jigs 15, pockets in surfaces thereof must be filled with pellets, are laminated previously to the loader section 11 and the loader section 11 has a rectangular bottom plate 16 while guide members 17, 17 with U-shaped sections are fitted to the upper section of the bottom plate so as to hold the pellet jigs 15 from both sides. A clearance corresponding to one pellet jig 15 is shaped to the upper section of the bottom plate 16 in the guide members 17 at that time, and the pellet jigs 15 are forwarded to the side one by one from the clearance. Accordingly, the number of parts is reduced, thus simplifying structure while miniaturizing the whole mechanism. |
