PURPOSE:To remove the impurities such as salt attached loosely to the surface of a laver sheet, easily, after dehydration, by placing an adsorption member after the dehydration zone, contacting the surface of the running adsorption member to the surface of the laver sheet formed on a screen, and then passing the adsorption member through the hot-air stream exhausted from a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION:The adsorption belt 11 is circulated around the rollers 12 to adsorb and remove the impurities such as salt attached loosely to the surface of a laver sheet. In the above process, the adsorption belt 11 is placed after the dehydration zone 5, and is made to contact with the surface of the laver sheet on the screen dehydrated in the dehydration zone 5. A part of the adsorption belt 11 is passed through the hot-air zone A above the drying chamber 1 and is dried with hot air exhausted through the top opening 13 of the drying chamber 1. |
