PURPOSE:To maintain a contact reliability, by making an electrical signal for preventing poor contact overlap on a signal from a coil for a contactor connected to a coil to allow defective conduction due to insulating material attached to the connector to be neglected. CONSTITUTION:As a magnet 1 turns, a signal current generated by a coil 2 is inputted into a signal input unit 4 and the rotation of the magnet is detected. At this point, a current in which the said signal current is combined with a current run from a voltage source 6 flows through a connector 3. Therefore, even when the current induced in the coil 2 is small, a relatively large amount of current flows to the connector 3. This can help avoid the effect due to any defective conduction caused by the attachment of insulating object in the connector 3.
