<p>Process for producing substantially pore-free aggregates having a closed surface for building material, in particular road foundation material, based on inorganic waste materials with addition of binders, in which ashes from waste incineration plants, thermal power stations and other combustion plants are bound by means of cement, in particular Portland cement, and one or more binders selected from the group consisting of ionic or nonionic bitumen emulsions, hot bitumen, liquid epoxy or polyester resin, polymer dispersions such as styrene-butadiene dispersions or acrylic resin dispersions, with densification by pressing, extrusion, stamping or shaking, and the product is, after possible shaping to form cylindrical or cube-shaped bodies, brought to the desired particle size.</p> |
