The present invention relates to an installation for the continuous production of grain-based food drinks. Installation characterised in that it comprises a water-treatment assembly I, a grinder/mixer II, a centrifugal separator III, a heat treatment assembly IV for the drink produced, and an assembly V for refrigeration and heat recovery.
