CONTAINER ARTICLE AND INTERMEDIATE ARTICLE MANUFACTURED THROUGH DRAWING BLOW MOLDING

PURPOSE: To improve a strength and a rigidity and to facilitate a molding by forming an upgraded base structure for generating a minimum strain controlled against an internal pressure. CONSTITUTION: Both a container 10 and an intermediate article 12 each suitably has a champagne type base portion 16 having a low biaxially molecular orientation. An outer peripheral wall 25 integrally extended from a lower end of a tubular body 20 a one end of the portion 16 is formed with two spherical segmentations having a predetermined radius R1. A standing ring 26 extended integrally from the other end of the wall 25 at one end of the base 16 is formed with an annular toroidal segmentation having a predetermined radius R2. Further, an internal standing wall 27 extended integrally from the other end of the ring 26 is formed with a right truncated conical shape. A central dome 28 of a non-biaxially molecular orientation of the portion 16 is extended integrally from the other end of the wall 27. To close the bottom of the portion 16, one spherical segmentation having a predetermined radius R3 is formed. The portion 16 gives a self-standing capacity to the container and to control a strain due to an internal pressure.
