PURPOSE:To recognize the control state in detail by inputting the control signal received from a comparator to an arithmetic unit and displaying the state of the control signal via a display control means. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic unit 1 performs the PID arithmetic based on an input signal SA and the set value SB and transmits a digital signal to an insulation circuit 2 as the arithmetic result. A comparator 5 compares the output of a D/A converter 3 with the triangular wave of an oscillation circuit 4 and transmits a rectangular wave C as a control signal. The wave C is insulated by an insulation means 7 and then taken into the unit 1. A display control means 11 of the unit 1 shows whether the state of the wave C is kept in an 'H' section t1 or an 'L' section t2 via a display device 6. |
