PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain composition at a temperature of 1,000 deg.C or below by using a dielectric porcelain composition expressed as (1-x).PbMoO4-(1-x).PbEO4(0<=x<1). CONSTITUTION:PbO and MoO3 are blended to a molecular weight ratio of 1:1 and a product available therefrom is mixed with alumina grains and pure water, and baked, thereby obtaining a powder of PbMoO4. PbO and WO3 are mixed with each other to a molecular weight ratio of 1:1 and a product available therefrom is mixed with alumina grains and pure water, and temporarily baked, thereby generating a PbWO4 powder. Both powders are blended with each other to the predetermined molecular weight ratio and alumina grains and pure water are added thereto. In addition, crushing, mixing and drying processes are applied thereto and a powder is obtained through a seive. The powder so obtained is pelletized and formed under pressure. Thereafter, the product so obtained is baked at a temperature of 950 to 1,000 deg.C and the sintered body of a dielectric porcelain composition is obtained. According to the aforesaid constitution, when each powder of PbMoO4 and PbWO4 is preliminarily prepared, mixed to the predetermined ratio and baked for 2 to 12 hours at a temperature of 950 to 1,000 deg.C, it is possible to obtain a dielectric porcelain composition via the change of an X value. |
