The freezing and cooling apparatus for vehicle, selects the modes of refrigeration, cold storage, air conditioning, and satisfies the requirements of isolated two rooms. The apparatus includes a compressor (4) connected with condenser (8), which has two inlets (41), (42), an outlet (43), an operator room (2) with first evaporator for room air conditioning, two isolated rooms (61), (62) with second, third evaporators (11), (12) for freezing plus cooling.
