<p>The present invention relates to tumor-specific monoclonal antibodies that recognize antigenic determinants of a membrane component characteristic of squamous cell carcinoma, and to hybridomas producing same. The invention further relates to a diagnostic kit comprising the tumor-specific antibodies. The invention also relates to the use of the tumor-specific antibodies in determining the presence of squamous carcinoma cells in a biological sample.</p> |
