<p>PURPOSE:To form easily a recessed part having a constant depth on a specific part of a composite sheet, by preparing the composite sheet by adhering thermally a surface layer sheet and a rear layer sheet both consisting of a thermoplastic synthetic resin on the outer circumferential edge of a non-fusible sheet located between them, and peeling and removing the rear layer sheet of a specific shape and the non-fusible sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin and so on is used for a surface layer sheet and a rear layer sheet. A synthetic resin sheet having a melting temp. being higher than that of the above described sheet, a metal foil, paper and so on may be used as a non- fusible sheet. The surface layer sheet 1, the rear layer sheet 2 and a non-fusible sheet 3 whose size is smaller than those of them are piled up with the sheet 3 between them, heated, pressed to fuse both sheets 1 and 2 on the outer circumferential edge of the non-fusible sheet 3 and the form thereby a composite sheet 5a. Then, a peeling part 17 having a specific shape is cut out from the rear layer sheet and this part and the non-fusible sheet 3 are peeled and removed from the composite sheet 5a. It is thereby possible to form easily a recessed part of a required shape and a constant depth on the composite sheet.</p> |
