The handlebar has steering rod (10) and two longitudinal handle bars (20) also a pair of adjusting mechanisms (40). Steering rod (10) includes part (12) and an almost T-shaped fixture part (11) for the handle bars. The fixture part (11) has a pair of coaxially extending tapering arms (111). Each bar (20) has at the end a handle bar grip (30). The inside end of each bar (20) is movable mounted on one of the arms (111) and includes an adjusting mechanism (40) each including an extension (41) of which the base part has a concave recess with a number of curved teeth (40).
