PURPOSE: To provide a heat seal connector capable of obtaining appropriate sliding ability, easily conducting positioning to a printed circuit board, making thin, and effectively preventing the break, leak and migration of a conductive line. CONSTITUTION: A conductive line 3 is formed on an insulating flexible material 1 such as PET Rim with conductive paste by screen printing, then an insulating adhesive 4 having heat adhesion capability and containing conductive particles 2 is applied to a connecting terminal part of the conductive line 3 by roll coating or the like to form an anisotropic conductive layer 5. An insulating resist Rim 6 is formed in the part other than the connecting terminal part of the conductive line 3 with an insulating resin such as polyurethane by screen printing or the like, and the coefficient of static friction of the insulating resist film 6 to glass is specified to 0.6 or less and the tensile break elongation is specified to 500% or more. |
