PURPOSE:To greatly save the man power for management and communication operations for documents by automatically retrieving and starting a series of corresponding management and communication operations in order when a document file on a computer is updated or when a comment is added. CONSTITUTION:When a user updates the document file or adds the comment, the operation contents are stored in an operation recording part 3 before the document file is given effects. Then an operation procedure data acquisition part 2 retrieves and acquires the series of management and communication operations to be issued corresponding to the operation contents from an operation procedure data base 6. The management and communication operations consist of a document definition group and a processing procedure defined at an operation procedure data input part 5. The management and communication operations are sent to an operation procedure execution part 1 and the document definition group is issued in sequence according to the processing procedure, so that the specific management and communication operations are performed. After the operations, an operation control part 4 acquires the recorded operation contents, sends them to a document file data base 7, and executes the operation contents of the document file. |
