PURPOSE:To provide the control method of continuous casting operation for casting efficiently products with high quality by applying the detection information of a sensor group for monitoring an operating state to the control of an operating condition. CONSTITUTION:Detection information detected by a sensor group which is arranged in a tundish 1, an immersion nozzle 4 or a casting mold 7, etc., and monitors an operating state or the detecting information is coupled organically by an estimating physical model. Subsequently, by a control computer 14 for deriving an intermediate index for snowing more concretely an operation and quality, an intermediate index of many operating conditions for allowing stability of the operation and the quality to coexist with each other is converted to a pattern in a real time and displayed on a display 13, and controlled to an optimal optimal operating condition based on the intermediate index which is converted to the pattern and displayed. |
