<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate the execution of works by detaching waterproof execution and the mounting execution of a building member, and to improve the degree of freedom to the extension and removal of the building member when the building member such as a handrail, attached eaves, etc.∥, is installed to a body while penetrating a horizontal-section structure. CONSTITUTION: A buried connecting body 1 is inserted into an opening section 6 formed to a horizontal-section body 4 consisting of a concrete panel and a heat-insulating layer, and bonded with a body 7. The opening section 6 is filled with mortar, and a waterproof layer 5 is executed on the surface of the horizontal-section body 4. Since the height of the buried connecting body 1 is made approximately equal to the thickness of the horizontal- section body 4 at that time, the buried connecting body 1 is not projected from the horizontal- section body 4, and waterproof execution can be carried out as the single execution of works regardless of the presence of a building member. The waterproof layer 5 in the upper section of the buried connecting body 1 is cut off, and the collar body 2b of a waterproof cylindrical body 2 is connected to the waterproof layer 5 in a sealing manner while an external connecting body 3 is inserted into the cylindrical section 2a and fitted to the mounting section 1b of the buried connecting body 1.
