PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a long composite trim material having excellent quality such as a strength, an external appearance by using elastomer and resin having different characteristics by extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION: A metal strip 2 is coated with an adhesive for resin by a roll coater 3, roll molded by a roll molding machine 8, then coated with elastomer primer by a primer coating jig 11, coated with an adhesive for elastomer by an adhesive coating jig 15, the elastomer part is extrusion molded by a first extrusion mold 17, vulcanized by a vulcanizing tank 22, the resin part is then extrusion molded at a lower temperature than the vulcanizing temperature by a second extrusion mold 25, and a second extrusion molded material 28 is cut by a cutter 31, thereby manufacturing a long composite trim material 32. |
