<p>PURPOSE: To use incineration ash as earth and sand for civil engeneering by removing clinker like coarse pieces from incineration ash and roasting this incineration ash at specific temp. to sort a fine powder, irons and nonferrous metals from the incineration ash and classifying the remaining nonferrous metals by particle sizes to subject the same to grinding, polishing, chemical treatment and washing. CONSTITUTION: Incineration ash from which coarse pieces are removed by a coarse piece removing device 1 is charged in a roasting device 2 to be roasted at 300-500 deg.C to perform drying, the carbonation of unburnt org. matter and decomposition of a malodorous source substance. After cooling, a fine powder is separated and removed from incineration ash by a fine particle removing device 3 and irons are separated and removed by an iron separator 4 and metals other than iron are separated and removed by a nonferrous metal separator 5. The separated raw material, coarse pieces, fine particles, iron refuse and nonferrous metal refuse are sent to hoppers 6-10. The raw material in the raw material hopper 6 is separated into coarse and fine particles by a sieve 11 and the coarse particles are ground by a grinder 12 to be sent to a polisher 14 through a sieve 13 to be polished along with fine particles.
