STRUCTURE OF EXCESS PILE RECOVERING SECTION OF FLOCKING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To make it possible to rationally and efficiently recover and recycle the excess piles failing to be utilized for flocking at the time of flocking to a work surface by a flocking device and to prevent an increase in the size of a flocking room. CONSTITUTION: This flocking device has an excess pile recovering section 10 consisting of a suction duct 20 which is opened in at least a part of its front surface and gliding plates 30 which exist on both sides of this duct and allow the excess piles to glide toward the suction duct in the bottom of the flocking room 11. The gliding plates are formed variably in the angle of inclination with the suction duct.
