Connection for round fibre rods or tubes

A connection for round fibre rods or tubes, comprises angled elements with an angle that reflects the angle between the rods. A fibre ring winding is located near the vertex, and filling and/or adhesive material is used to fill the hollow areas. The angled connection elements are moulded to the rods, and the fibre ring windings surround the elements at the vertex. The rod to be connected preferably has a trough section with the windings embedded in a synthetic resin matrix.
