PURPOSE: To continue power supply to the respective circuits of a receiver even when a power source switch is cut off while decoding the message signals and to stop it after notification of a call. CONSTITUTION: This receiver is provided with a decoder 4 for detecting its own call number from reception signals and decoding the message signals following the call number, the power source switch 12 for instructing the start and stoppage of the power supply, a reporting means 7 for reporting call in response to the detection of its own call number and a control means 6 for stopping the supply of power after completion of the notification of a call in response to the stoppage of the power supply to the respective circuits of the receiver by the power source switch 12 after detecting the matching of its power call number. |
