The device has an implement-holder (1) which contains locking pieces (8) co-operating with two diametrically opposite cavities (6,7) closed on both sides in the implement shaft (2). Rotation-carrier grooves (9,16) which are provided on both sides (3,4) between the cavities, open at the end of the implement-shaft and posses end flanks (10,11). Two opposite facing rotation-carrier grooves grip over all the rotary carriers facing them. The end flanks rest against the end edges (14,15) of the rotation carriers furthest away.
