PURPOSE: To obtain an audio apparatus by which a sufficient display space according to every mode can be ensured by a method wherein only a display region corresponding to preset data in every mode and a key-number display region corresponding to the preset data are turned on and displayed. CONSTITUTION: When a mode is set according to a prescribed input, a pseudo key display 19c and a key-number display 19d which correspond to a preset key 17d are displayed on the basis of pseudo display data stored in a preset data memory region 18c. When a key input is detected by a main microcomputer 21, only a key-number display which is related to the pseudo key display corresponding to the preset key 17d related to the detected key input is displayed on a display 19 in a display shape which is different from that of other key numbers. |
