<p>A composite business form includes a face sheet (12) having first and second sides (12b, 12a). The first side has first and second regions, each region being adapted for receiving variable print information. A coating of pressure-sensitive adhesive (18) is disposed on the second side (12a) of the face sheet (12). A liner (20) has one side (20b) attached to the second side (12a) of the face sheet by the adhesive. The one side of the liner has a first portion (20a) adapted to be releasably fixed to the adhesive in an area that is at least co-extensive with the first region of the face sheet, and a second portion (20b) adjacent to the first portion that is adapted to be fixed to the adhesive in an area that is at least co-extensive with the second region (20c) of the face sheet. The business form has a line of perforations (24) between the first and second regions so that the second portion (20b) of the liner fixed to the second region (12c) of the face sheet comprises a unit (16) that is separable from the first portion (20a) of the liner and the first region of the face sheet.</p> |
