PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a support equipped with easily producible components by forming the support with a T-shaped bent sheet metal plate and a reinforcing sheet metal plate. SOLUTION: A bent sheet metal plate is assembled in one united body with a double wall-shaped chord member 21a formed to a T-shape and a double wall-shaped web 21b. Then, the chord member 21a and the web 21b are bent from a first sheet metal strip 210 is formed respectively to horizontal outer-side chord member strip 21a,a' being in contact with each other, two inner-side chord member strips 21a,i, and two vertical web strip 21b,s being in contact with each other. Next, the reinforcing sheet metal plate is assembled from a second sheet metal strip 220 bent so as to cover the chord member 21a. Then, as a whole, only a slight bending process is required and bent portions in the support are separated relatively far from each other, so that the support can be produced accurately from two pieces of simple sheet metal plates. |
