The preparation process for much egg containing taurine, which has excellent medicinal effects to stress, acute/cronic hepatitis, etc. comprises the steps of pulverlizing non-edible shell of Youngduck crab, adding the obtd. powder of 5wt.% to a general feed. The feed containing the powdered crab shell allows the egg to increase freshness remarkably, have much taurine component and vitamin D3.
