The ultrasonic actuator has a structure excited by at least two ultrasonic transducers (2,3) and (4,5). The structure is a flat structure excited by the ultrasonic transducers under at least two stationary modes. The stationary modes are excited with a controllable electrical dephasing. The structure is formed by a thin plate (1) with its two ends coupled in an annular structure.
